A St. Clair County woman is suing a driver she says rear-ended her on an East St. Louis road.
Deloris Bailey filed the lawsuit Aug. 28 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Jasmin N. Martin.
Bailey says she driving west on Missouri Avenue in October 2012. While at the intersection of 16th Street, Bailey says her vehicle was hit from behind by a car driven by Martin.
Martin is accused of negligence. Bailey is asking for more than $50,000 in damages for medical expenses, lost wages and court costs.
